Terms and Conditions

All domestic payment terms are Net 30 Days. Approval of credit application is required for all new customers. All international payment terms are pre-paid by international bank wire or major credit card, unless prior credit approval has been accepted. Bionix Radiation Therapy reserves the right to refuse participation in Letters of Credit.

All orders over US $2,000.00 must be accompanied by a signed order confirmation or purchase order. If under $2,000.00, a signed price quotation is also suitable.

Credit card purchases will be billed at the time of shipment. All past due balances will be assessed a 1.5% finance charge.

Sales Tax

State sales tax will be charged on each invoice where applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide tax exemption information.

Shipping

All orders received prior to 10:00 am EST (5 GMT) will be shipped the same day when inventory is available. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. In many cases rush shipments including Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day are available at an additional cost.

All international orders are shipped best way.

All shipping and handling costs are billed to the customer unless prior arrangements have been made.

Non-UPS orders will be assessed an additional US $10.00 processing fee (Domestic Only).

NOTE: If a product packaging arrives damaged, DO NOT sign for or accept delivery of the shipment unless the carrier’s agent details the type and extent of the damage. Please notify Bionix Radiation Therapy immediately (800.624.6649) and we will file the claim.

All claims must be made within ten (10) business days; after which neither UPS nor Bionix Radiation Therapy are liable. If the product damage is not visible until the box is opened, please follow the same procedure.

Return Policy

Non-Warranty related returns are accepted for sixty (60) days from the date of delivery provided they are accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns require an RMA and the goods must be returned in the same box(es) they were delivered in. Items returned without an enclosed RMA will be refused and returned to their sender. All RMAs are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue and items returned with an expired RMA will not be accepted.

Please retain all shipping packages as all returns must be made in original Bionix Radiation Therapy packaging.

All returns containing an authorized RMA will be inspected by our internal Quality Department in a timely manner.

Bionix Radiation Therapy will report the results of the quality inspection to the customer prior to any additional action being taken by Bionix.

Bionix Radiation Therapy issues credits for future purchase of merchandise only. Bionix Radiation Therapy does not issue cash refunds.

Bionix Radiation Therapy does not accept returns on any non-standard manufactured merchandise. Modified orders require additional measures to ensure order accuracy. Please contact Customer Service for pricing on modified devices.
